Responsibilities include research, drafting, motions, court appearances, discovery, and advising clients. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and analytical skills and thrive in a collegial, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor and Ohio bar license in good standing.
• Minimum 3+ years of litigation experience.
• Employment litigation experience required.
• Excellent analytical, writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform legal research and draft memoranda, motions, and pleadings.
• Attend court conferences and manage discovery.
• Counsel clients on employment-law matters.
• Collaborate with clients, agencies, and opposing counsel.
