Responsibilities

• Investigate and assess insurance claims to determine damages or losses.
• Interview policyholders, witnesses, and other parties to gather information.
• Review medical records, repair estimates, and related docs to support findings.
• Negotiate with involved parties for fair resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of all claim activities.
• Provide regular updates to the claims manager and stakeholders.
