In this role, you'll lead our shop operations, ensuring everything from daily production to long-term improvements runs smoothly and efficiently. What you can expect from us:
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the Shop, Ops, Pre-Pro, and Paint teams are supported from opening to closing, 5 days a week, by clearly communicating all priorities and tasks that need to be completed.
Proactively coordinate shop improvement projects, build-outs, and special requests.
Be forward-thinking and never stop improving shop protocol, SOPs, and training docs.
Keep clear communication between all departments and stick to project timelines.
Stay flexible and work with all departments to prioritize hitting our company-wide objectives
Directly assigns tasks and projects to shop staff as needed.
Hold colossal employees accountable for their actions in the shop, and hold apprentices and shop crew accountable for applying fundamentals in training in the shop and field.
Communicate daily with Operations and Pre-Pro for the best scheduling options and shop priorities.
Understand and maintain a high level of safety in the Field and Shop.
Actively implement preventive maintenance plans for all trucks and lifts.
Work with the Production Management team to improve the general function of the shop.
