Qualifications

• Board Certification in Adult Gerontology Acute Care.
• Valid Prescriptive Authority (MA DPH-DCP & Federal DEA).

Responsibilities

• Direct care: history & physical, care plans, tests interpretation, opioid management.
• Care coordination between nursing, clinical staff and services.
• Educate patients and families; support staff; collaborate with surgeons.
• Clear, timely charting of all clinical encounters.
