Beacon Medical Group in South Bend, Indiana, seeks a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible, fellowship-trained colorectal surgeon to join our premier practice. Join a program offering either a focused colorectal service or a 60/40 colorectal/general surgery hybrid, gradually shifting to colorectal-only care.

• 1.0 FTE with call shared equally among the group.
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and research opportunities.
• Teach residents, medical students and supervise post-graduate trainees.

Colorectal Surgeon Job Summary

Beacon Medical Group seeks a full‑time, board‑certified or board‑eligible, fellowship‑trained colorectal surgeon to join our premier practice in South Bend, Indiana. The role offers two practice options: a focused colorectal program limited to colon and rectal surgery—including endoscopy, minimally invasive procedures, elective and emergency cases—or a hybrid model combining colorectal and general surgery cases (60/40), gradually transitioning to a colorectal‑only focus.

Work Schedule

• 36 patient contact hours per week
• Call duties shared at a 1:5 ratio on weekdays and weekends, coordinated with general surgery partners
• 1.0 FTE position with call shared equally among the group
