Mercy Medical Group (MMG) seeks a fellowship-trained colorectal surgeon to join a large multi-specialty team in the Sacramento region, delivering comprehensive colorectal care with strong support for minimally invasive techniques. The role emphasizes collaboration, autonomy, and clinical excellence within Dignity Health’s network.

You will build your practice quickly through robust referrals, guaranteed surgical block time, and access to generous benefits and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited General Surgery residency program (requirements)
• Fellowship training and board eligibility/certification in Colorectal Surgery
• California Fluoroscopy License and hospital privileges readiness

As a

As a Colorectal surgeon at Mercy Medical Group (MMG), you will join a large, prestigious multi-specialty group with over 550 providers in the Sacramento region, playing a pivotal role in advancing our surgical services across Dignity Health’s network of four hospitals and numerous clinics. You will provide comprehensive surgical care, ranging from bread-and-butter cases to complex procedures, with full support for minimally invasive techniques. You will have the unique opportunity to quickly build your practice through a robust referral base and significant patient demand, backed by guaranteed surgical block time, while contributing to the high standards of our esteemed Surgery Department. To be successful in this role, you will be a collaborative, fellowship trained colorectal surgeon committed to clinical excellence, practice autonomy, and the spirit of humankindness. • Guaranteed Annual Salary: $462,000 - $489,000
