Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Colorado Bar admission.
• 2–6 years experience in Colorado water rights law.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on Colorado water rights and related real estate and land use laws.
• Handle complex environmental litigation, civil and administrative.
• Assist with project permitting and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Collaborate with team members on projects.
