Arthrex is seeking a Veterinary Sales Associate/Representative for Colorado. The role targets veterinarians and clinics, planning calls and selecting products to drive purchases within the Colorado territory. Remote work within CO will be considered.

The position offers a salary range of $50,000–$90,000 plus commissions and bonus, with >50% travel required. Ideal candidates have outside sales experience in animal health and a related bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Knowledge of Arthrex products, pricing practices, and selling skills.
• Effective management skills with ability to run sales operations.
• Strong time management, communication, decision making, presentation and organization skills.
• Excellent writing, editing, communications, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and presentation required.

Responsabilidades

• Call on target, current and prospective customers to generate sales and market share.
• Utilize Outlook and Arthrex tools for sales activities.
• Understand veterinarian and clinic needs; match products and services accordingly.
• Establish relationships with veterinarians and clinics.
• Review sales analyses for pre/post call planning.
• Maintain a written call cycle and share updates with management.
• Meet sales goals and budget numbers; stay current on Arthrex offerings.
