Job summary

Benesch, a leading multi-disciplined engineering firm, is seeking a Structural Bridge Project Manager for their Denver office. This role involves leading transportation projects and offering growth within an inclusive work environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of bridge design experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage project teams effectively while ensuring client satisfaction. A strong background with CDOT standards is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant bridge design experience.
• Experience with CDOT projects and standards is a plus.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and manage project teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Engineer-of-Record for structural elements of projects.
• Perform quality control checks on plans and other deliverables.
• Manage project teams, accountable for scope, schedule, and budget.
