Job summary

HDR in Colorado is seeking an experienced Colorado Strategic Communications Area Lead to guide a multi-disciplinary team of communications and creative professionals. You will oversee project delivery, client service, and business development, while mentoring staff and aligning HDR’s strategic communications capabilities with infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities, support pursuits, and build client relationships across Colorado.
Directly manage, mentor, and develop Strategic Communications staff.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, retention, and performance management efforts.
Foster collaboration and integrate communications services across HDR projects.
Promote visibility with Colorado offices and HDR leadership.
