About the Role

HoneyBaked is hiring! Join our #HamFam! Whether you're seeking a part-time job, a seasonal position, or a new gig, HoneyBaked offers flexible schedules suitable for students, teachers, retirees, and anyone looking to earn extra income while accommodating other commitments. Our stores operate Monday to Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM and are closed on Sundays.

Responsibilities

1. Assist customers via phone, catering, in-store lunch, and retail, providing excellent and friendly service. Respond positively to customer requests or comments.
2. Assist with food preparation, including lunch, catering, and retail ham and turkey.
3. Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits. Drive sales through suggestive selling.
4. Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
5. Take initiative, stay productive throughout the shift, and be responsible for activities within your control.
6. Follow all processes and procedures, adhere to safety, security, and respectful workplace policies.

Qualifications

Good communication skills and attention to detail are essential. Prior customer service or food prep experience is preferred—experience as a cook, cashier, crew member, sales, or store associate is a plus. Bring your restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience to HoneyBaked!

Pay ranges from minimum wage to $16/hour depending on experience.

Additional Information

Physical requirements include bending, stooping, standing for long periods, twisting, and lifting up to 65 pounds. Must be able to work with hot equipment and handle the physical demands of ham production.
