CRH Americas Materials is seeking a results-driven safety leader to oversee health, safety, and risk management programs across Colorado and New Mexico. You will manage a team of safety professionals, coordinate with leadership, and drive continuous improvements in safety performance at plants, offices, and worksites.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in industrial safety, OSHA/MSHA/DOT knowledge, and exceptional organizational and communication skills.

This role provides leadership and oversight for company safety, health, and risk management programs, while supporting employee development and engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, organized, with proven communication and problem-solving skills. This position manages a team of approximately six safety professionals across Colorado and New Mexico and reports to the Region President. This role requires residence within one of our primary operating areas: Golden, Grand Junction, Pueblo, CO or Farmington, NM.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit, climb, and use hands to handle or feel. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, crawl, kneel, bend, and reach with hands and arms above their shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move anywhere up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.
Office environment and field visits including plants, pits, shops and job sites.
This position will require about 50% travel, mainly throughout the two states.
