CommonSpirit Health in Pueblo, Colorado seeks a Medical Oncologist to deliver high-quality cancer care in treatment centers and ambulatory clinics, lead clinical quality improvement, and participate in community benefit programs.

The ideal candidate is board-certified or eligible, holds an MD or DO, has an active Colorado license (or eligibility), and will be involved in on-call, hospital committees, and regulatory compliance while advancing patient care.

Qualifications

• Residency or fellowship completed in respective specialty.
• Unrestricted DEA registration.
• Board certification or eligibility as applicable by hospital.
• Medical staff privileges within the Health system sponsoring institution.
• Doctorate MD or DO required.
• Active license to practice medicine in Colorado.

Responsabilités

• Deliver expert ambulatory and cancer care in treatment centers and clinics.
• Diagnose, plan, and deliver systemic treatments (chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapies).
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and participate in medical staff committees.
• Provide on-call coverage as assigned and ensure compliance with reimbursement plans.
