Position Announcement: Hematology/Oncology Physician

We are actively seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Hematology/Oncology Physician to join a dynamic and innovative team, dedicated to delivering exemplary cancer care. Our focus is on advancing treatment modalities and conducting clinical trials within a highly collaborative and supportive setting.

Role Overview

As a Hematology/Oncology Physician, you will:

• Provide comprehensive patient care for individuals afflicted with a range of malignancies and hematological disorders, such as leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising nine physicians, eight advanced practice providers (APPs), and ancillary staff to deliver specialized, disease-centered care.
• Work in tandem with nurse navigators and care managers to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient experiences and outcomes.
• Stay informed about cutting-edge treatments and technological advancements in oncology.
• Utilize the EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to document and manage patient care efficiently across our healthcare network.
• Engage in clinical research initiatives and implement novel treatment methodologies.
• Provide consultations and second opinions for complex oncology cases, devising tailored treatment plans.
• Partner with a forward-thinking clinical team to uphold the highest standards of patient care.
• Participate in shared call responsibilities with a large cohort of clinicians and hospitalists, minimizing individual call burden.

Work Schedule

Day shifts with potential flexibility based on scheduling demands.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Board Eligible (within five years of residency) or Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology
• REQUIRED (no exceptions)
• Active Colorado medical licensure (or willingness to obtain)

• Unblemished malpractice and licensing history
