Job summary

Vibrantz Technologies is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the Lockland, OH Color Solutions plant. The role focuses on safety, quality, and efficient production, requiring coaching and development of the team and strong adherence to company policies and standards.

You will partner with leadership to optimize schedules, drive continuous improvement, and ensure consistent product quality while maintaining a safe work environment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, quality systems, OSHA and EPA requirements, and ERP systems.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to utilize operational systems and reporting tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate employees to maximize productivity and minimize operating costs.
• Coach, counsel, train and develop employee skills.
• Review work schedules and production schedules for optimum results.
• Ensure products are produced at an acceptable quality level.
• Drive department compliance with safety, training, and all policies and regulations.
• Lead LEAN manufacturing activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
