J.Crew Factory is seeking an Assistant Color Librarian to keep the Women’s, Men’s and Kids color library organized and accurate. You will support the Concept & Color team by managing color materials, naming, and requests from design, production, and merchandising.

Hands-on exposure to how color stories move from concept to product awaits. Ideal candidates love fashion and design, with attention to detail and knowledge of color systems.

Competenze

• Foundational understanding of color theory and design research.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized with strong color-code discipline.
• Strong follow-up skills and ability to meet deadlines with multiple tasks.
• Clear written and verbal communication; team collaboration.
• Familiarity with Miro, PLM and color systems such as Pantone.
• Experience coordinating samples, vendors, or color library inventories.

Mansioni

• Assist day-to-day color development for Women's, Men's and Kids' collections.
• Maintain and update color standards on palettes and in PLM.
• Create references for seasonal color palettes for all teams.
• Produce and distribute physical palettes and color standards.
• Render and match digitally in Illustrator for reference.
• Organize the color library across seasons and categories.
• Respond to color-related requests from design, production, and merchandising.
• Coordinate color materials orders and samples with vendors.
