Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing environments, preferably printing or industrial chemical facilities.
• Laboratory color matching or chemical analysis experience.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Mechanical knowledge of machinery operation and troubleshooting.
• Basic math skills for measurements and formulations.
• Experience with material handling equipment such as forklifts; certification preferred.
• Ability to handle industrial chemicals safely with PPE usage.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted; 51–125 lbs with assistance.

• Maintain detailed records of color formulations, coating parameters, and batch documentation for audits and quality control purposes.
• Follow safety protocols diligently during chemical agent handling, material handling, and manufacturing processes to ensure a safe working environment.
