Job summary

Crash Champions in Florida seeks skilled auto refinishing professionals to join our high-growth team. You will perform refinish work, color matching, and monitor paint quality from prep through curing, while ensuring OEM standards and safety guidelines are followed.

Expected to apply designs, mix paints, and communicate progress effectively with the shop team. Certifications in paint procedures and I-CAR certifications are highly valued.

Qualifications

Must have paint refinishing experience with established skills.
Certifications in paint procedures and I-CAR preferred.
Reliable work history and ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

Performs all refinish work according to specs.
Match colors of paint with color charts.
Communicate vehicle stage in paint process.
Monitor painting operations to identify flaws and correct causes.
Mix paints to match specifications and apply topcoat.
Follow OEM standards for blending, topcoat, and curing.
Apply designs or identifying items to painted surfaces.
Verify paint consistency and layout logos per specs
