Job summary

El Rancho High School Color Guard is seeking a part-time technician to join our instructional staff for the 2026-2027 season in Pico Rivera, CA. The role emphasizes supporting movement and equipment technique, with a preference for rifle/sabre experience and the ability to work with high school students.

Responsibilities

• Attend class period 1:50-3:30 PM on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
• Attend evening rehearsals on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
• Assist with color guard movements, equipment handling, and weapon routines.
• Support instructional staff and mentor students.

El Rancho High School Color Guard is seeking a technician to join our instructional staff for the 2026-2027 season.

We are preferably looking for someone available Wednesdays and Thursdays who can attend our class period from 1:50-3:30 PM, as well as evening rehearsals on those days.

Prior teaching experience is a plus, but we’re also open to experienced performers who are interested in getting into teaching and would be a good fit with our students and staff.
