El Rancho High School Color Guard is seeking a part-time technician to join our instructional staff for the 2026-2027 season in Pico Rivera, CA. Qualifications

• Color guard performance or instructional experience required or preferred.
• Strong understanding of movement and equipment technique.
• Weapon experience (rifle/sabre) strongly preferred.
• Comfortable working with high school students of varying experience levels.
• Reliable, positive, and able to collaborate with existing staff.

Responsibilities

• Attend class period 1:50-3:30 PM on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
• Attend evening rehearsals on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
• Assist with color guard movements, equipment handling, and weapon routines.
• Support instructional staff and mentor students.
