Qualifications

• PASP – Pupil Activity Supervisor Permit issued by The Ohio Department of Education, including Fundamentals of Coaching, Concussion Education, CPR, First Aid/Health Safety.
• An extensive knowledge of the activity being coached.
• Alternative qualifications may be considered by the superintendent/board.

Responsibilities

• Lead, promote and facilitate students to achieve maximum potential in marching band color guard.
• Organize and coordinate practices and meetings using available resources.
• Promote and teach fundamentals of the activity and maintain student roster by end of season.
• Set up itineraries and bus schedules for contests and performances.
• Work cooperatively with Boosters and teaching staff to support the program.
