Responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience by warmly engaging with every visitor and embodying KIKO standards in attitude, appearance, and makeup look.
• Support store performance goals through enthusiastic service and strong product knowledge.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right products through cross-selling and personalized advice.
• Complete BeKIKO training modules, quizzes, and development activities to stay current on product launches and artistry techniques.
• Communicate store issues or opportunities to management to ensure a seamless experience.
• Potentially support training as a Beauty Tutor to develop team artistry and service skills.
