Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Facility General Laborer to support our color blending production team, assist with warehouse duties and deliveries, and help customers troubleshoot products. Location: 8202 Enterprise Drive, Wausau, WI 54401. Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 1st shift.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must read, write, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Organize stocks and maintain inventory.
• Assist with color blending, warehouse and delivery responsibilities as needed.
• Operate tinting and mixing equipment and material handling equipment in an efficient and safe manner.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention, and security policies.
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with spray equipment.
• Ensure customers' quality and service expectations are met.
