Madison Reed Color Bar General Manager in San Francisco leads a Color Bar team, delivering exceptional customer experiences and applying Madison Reed’s operational best practices.

You will interview, onboard coach staff, set retention plans, and consistently achieve monthly sales goals and KPI targets such as P&L and payroll. This role requires weekend availability and oversight of daily operations, marketing, HR, and company objectives.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license – must be licensed in the state where applying.
• 3+ years of salon & retail experience.
• 2+ years of operational management experience in a service-oriented business.

Responsibilities

• Manage, guide, and coach the Color Bar team daily.
• Interview candidates, onboard new employees, and perform milestone reviews with retention plans.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales goals and other KPIs including P&L, SLA, payroll.
• Resolve customer issues and employee relations to ensure satisfaction and morale.
• Execute daily operations, marketing, HR, and other Madison Reed objectives.
• Available to work Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays as needed.
