The Opportunity

• Collaborative group of **colorectal and general surgeons
• Competitive salary based on experience: $423,204 - $469,036

Requirements

• Completion of a Colon & Rectal Surgery Fellowship by employment start date
• Completion of a US Residency Program
• Board certified/eligible at time of employment
• Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association

• Post-training work experience in complex Colorectal Surgery
• Advanced MIS skills
• Experience working in / developing a fully integrated digestive health program
• Interest in program development and process improvement
• Passion for continual improvement in quality and safety
