Job summary

One World Global Services seeks experienced interpreters for remote work. Spanish-English interpretation, accurate rendering, and quick processing are essential from your home office. Sessions may be full-time or part-time with ongoing training and competency opportunities.

Interpreters operate remotely with a quiet, secure environment, using note pads and glossaries as needed. Per minute pay is offered, with monthly payments and remote flexibility based on location and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• 2+ years interpreting experience preferred.
• Excellent listening and note-taking skills for high accuracy.
• Explain cultural concepts when needed with client permission.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote interpretation services from home office.

LANGUAGE:Spanish Interpreter

As a remote interpreter, you play a significant role in facilitating communication between *****rand English speakers.The interpreter needs to be able to process information quickly and with accuracy in a professional manner. It is essential to ensure a quiet & secure environment. Note pads and writing utensils, glossaries, and dictionaries are useful tools.

Candidate Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Minimum 2 years interpretation experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent listening, retention and note taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy.
• Render correct concepts and meanings according to the conventions of established interpretation protocol, avoiding omissions or additions.
• Ability to explain certain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication with permission or at the request of the client.

• USB Wired headset
• Steady wired internet connection
