Job summary

DataBank Holdings, Ltd. is seeking a Colocation Engineer to handle engineering functions for customer acquisition and installation in Dallas, TX. Responsibilities include supporting sales teams with technical solutions, creating layout drawings using AutoCAD, and managing pre-sales requests.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree in engineering, colocation design experience, and expertise in Datacenter infrastructure. Benefits include health, vision, dental insurance, and a 401k with company match.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering field preferred.
• Colocation / Datacenter design experience required.
• Working knowledge of Datacenter infrastructure - Power, Cooling, Security, Communications.

Responsibilities

• Support sales and product teams with technical solutions and RFP responses.
• Preliminary design, presentation and evaluation of customer solutions.
• Manage and respond to pre-sales (ICB) requests, including preliminary drawings.
• Create colocation layout drawings and all supporting infrastructure using AutoCAD.
• Create full Scope Of Work packages for signed orders.
