Job summary

The College of Southern Nevada invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track Collision Technology Instructor in the Transportation Technology Program beginning Fall 2027. The successful candidate will bring at least 10 years of hands-on experience as a Master Collision Technician with I-CAR Gold or Platinum certification and a strong commitment to student success in a diverse college setting.

You will deliver lab and lecture content, help shape curriculum, mentor students, and collaborate

Qualifications

• 10 years of related work experience as a Master Collision Technician with I-CAR Gold or Platinum Level Certification.
• Teaching Collision Technologies at an ICAR accredited postsecondary school is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Instruct lab and lecture classes in alignment with the course syllabus and student learning objectives.
• Confer with students, evaluate mastery, and maintain a safe and positive classroom and laboratory environment.
• Participate in curriculum development, student advising, recruitment activities, and develop strong industry/community partnerships.
