Job summary

York Collision Center is seeking an energetic collision technician apprentice to join our growing team. You’ll learn teardown, inspection, repair planning, and panel work while supporting customers and improving our community.

We offer hourly pay, full-time hours (Mon–Fri), PTO, 401(k) with company matching, comprehensive insurance, and employee discounts. Basic hand tools provided; you keep them after program completion.

Qualifications

• Eagerness to learn and develop.
• Ability to take direction and communicate with superiors.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Teardown and inspect vehicle for additional or hidden damages.
• Repair planning.
• Learn to adjust, replace, and repair vehicle panels.
• Read and understand estimate/repair order.
