Job summary

Ciocca York Collision Center is seeking an energetic collision technician to join our growing team in York. You will identify parts, review repair orders, and work with warranty guidelines to ensure quality repairs.

The role requires welding, suspension, and frame repair experience, ASE certifications, and a valid driver's license. We offer hourly pay, full-time status, PTO, 401(k) matching, comprehensive health insurance, and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Welding, suspension, framework experience preferred or willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve parts required for repair; review repair orders, work order, and Body Shop Manager’s estimate notes; follow warranty guidelines; notify supervisor of any repair add-ons.
• Adjust, replace, and repair all series of equipment (e.g., sheet metal repairs, fiberglass/ panel repairs, fabrication and structural welding, installation and alignment body components, electrical and mechanical repairs, etc.).
• Teardown and inspect for additional or hidden repairs.

Qualifications

• Welding, suspension, framework experience a plus OR willing to learn/train
• ASE Certifications; Damage Analysis and Estimating, Mechanical and Electrical Components, Non-Structural Analysis and Damage Repair.
• Certifications listed above or equivalent experience and eagerness to improve
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
