Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2-3 years’ collision repair experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Customer-focused attitude with ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Complete disassembly of vehicle to assist Estimators in assessing damage and prepare a 100% Repair Plan.
• Ensure all needed repairs identified to minimize supplements and repair time.
• Plan work procedure according to work order.
• Remove upholstery, electrical components and other parts to access damaged area if needed.
• Mend damaged body by hammering, filling dents and welding parts; reassemble after painting.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools.
• File, grind and sand repaired surfaces before handing to Paint Dept.
• Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles for safety and quality compliance.
