Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking experienced technicians to join our Cynwyd service center. You will perform full collision repairs from fender benders to frame rebuilds, using frame and structural know-how and precise blueprints to restore vehicles to factory specs.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus, competitive weekly pay at a flag rate of up to $20–$30, comprehensive training (I-CAR, ASE), and day-one benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how to pull, straighten, and square parts.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and fix right the first time.
• Strong attention to detail; tightened bolts and welds.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs with no guesswork.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to frame rebuilds.
• Do panel and structural work to bring back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly; ensure fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and tidy work area.
