Caliber Collision is hiring at our Glendale, AZ center for an experienced collision repair technician. You will work on a range of repair tasks from minor dents to frame rebuilds, using modern equipment and industry-standard processes.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: able to pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: committed to tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
• Physically fit for the job: lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• No two crashes are identical; days are filled with new challenges and interesting work.
• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to bring parts back to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
