Qualifications

• At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural knowledge to pull, straighten, and square components.
• No shortcuts—blueprint and fix it right the first time.
• Attention to detail to ensure tight bolts and proper welds.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-focused collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Manage full collision repair from minor to major work.
• Perform panel and structural work to bring components to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with team to move vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
