Job summary

Caliber Wichita - S Washington is seeking an experienced collision repair technician to join our service center. You’ll work on full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, using modern equipment and precise methods.

We require at least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides, frame/structural know-how, no-shortcuts mindset, and a keen eye for detail. You must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and be eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how; pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail; tightened bolts, precise welds, no excuses.
• Physically fit for the job; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to bring components back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly; fit and finish matter.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Keep the work area safe and tidy at all times.
