Caliber Collision Urbana is hiring in a high-volume service center where experienced technicians restore damaged vehicles to factory specs. You will perform full collision repair, including frame and structural work, while collaborating with painters and estimators to deliver safe, high-quality results.

The role emphasizes precise repairs, a strong safety mindset, and a commitment to timely, customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• At least two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, square to factory specs.
• Blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Attention to tightened bolts, precise welds, and quality finishes.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs with no guesswork.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major damage.
• Perform panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure finish quality with careful reassembly and calibration.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment at all times.
