The position emphasizes professionalism, punctuality, and active training through CYOU and I-CAR, with a focus on delivering trusted, transparent service to customers.

Qualifications

• Must embody professionalism and align with Crash Champions culture.
• Commit to program length and training requirements (7-9 months).
• Write as many estimates as possible.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and develop accurate repair estimates to meet profit benchmarks.
• Educate customers on vehicle repair process, insurance, and rights.
• Provide estimates that support DRP partnerships and KPI goals.
• Finalize total loss administration.
• Offer personal, trusted customer service by reviewing repair process.
