Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. seeks an instructor for the Auto Collision program at the Career Technical Training Center to provide industry-recognized instruction leading to employment or further training.

The role requires at least one year of teaching or related experience, proper state certification, and may prefer prior Job Corps experience; a valid driver’s license and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year experience in teaching or related field.
• Certified, licensed, or accredited in the state where the center is located.
• Previous Job Corps experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide students with industry-recognized instruction in Auto Collision.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of student data.
• Deliver comprehensive and individualized case management to ensure progress and completion of training.
• Keep the classroom organized and conducive to learning, and enforce dress code/behavior standards.
• Mentor, supervise and model Career Success Standards for students.
