• Communication skills: strong communication and interpersonal abilities for student interaction.
• Patience and empathy: patient, empathetic teaching approach.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and educate: create an engaging learning environment and motivate students in collision repair.
• Hands-on training: demonstrate diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of collision repair systems.
• Curriculum development: collaborate with the education team to update and create courses.
• Mentorship: guide students on projects and foster critical thinking and problem solving.
