Job summary

A leading collision repair service provider in Ridgeland, Mississippi, is seeking a production supervisor to oversee Body Technicians and ensure quality repair services. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the collision industry, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to motivate personnel. Responsibilities include job assignment, coordination of repairs, quality assurance checks, and maintaining a safe work environment. Qualifications

• Knowledge of Collision Industry including high-level knowledge of insurance procedures and requirements.
• Ability to supervise and motivate production personnel.
• Proficient with Computers and other technology.
• Must possess excellent organizational skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Assign jobs to Body Technicians and maintain proper job mix to ensure smooth production flow.
• Coordinate repairs and supplements with Body Technicians and Repair Leader(s).
• Review work with Technicians and assist with issues/questions about repairs.
• Ensure production is moving on-time to meet delivery requirements.
• Maintain a safe and clean production environment.
• Perform in-person quality checks of work.
• Lead team of Body Technicians toward unified goals.
