Job summary

Balise Motor Sales seeks a Paint & Prep Technician for Anchor Collision in Hyannis, MA. The role emphasizes masking and preparing vehicles for painting with a focus on quality and safety.

Required are at least 2 years of automotive collision paint repair experience and the ability to work on multiple makes. A valid driver’s license and clean MVR are required; some travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of automotive collision paint repair experience preferred.
• Collision Repair experience preferred.
• Must be able to work on and repair multiple makes of vehicles.
• Pay close attention to detail and quality of work performed.
• Must be able to follow all safety protocols using protective equipment.
• Valid driver’s license required and clean MVR.
• Maintain the ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Location: Anchor Collision - Hyannis, MA 02601, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $45.00 - $75.00 Hourly, Paint & Prep Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Mask/Prepare vehicles for painting
• Thoroughly review each repair order prior to working on vehicle

Environmental & Physical Requirements

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers to feel and handle, reach with arms and hands, talk and hear. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may incidentally be required to stoop, kneel and crouch, lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 25 pounds
• A current valid driver’s license and insurability rating is required
• This position may require up to 0-5% travel
