Qualifications

• Requires at least 3 years of body shop estimating experience.
• Estimator Certification required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong written and oral communication, problem solving, and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Write collision repair estimates.
• Maintain superior customer relations and communicate with internal and external customers.
• Demonstrate strong communication and people management skills.
• Understand and perform estimates in Adjustrite and Summit systems.
• Follow Penske safety policies and DOT/OSHA guidelines.
