Qualifications

• Estimator certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong written and oral communication, problem solving and decision making.
• Adhere to Penske safety policies (DOT/OSHA) and site guidelines.
• Regular attendance and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Write collision repair estimates for body shop repairs.
• Maintain superior customer relations and clear communication with customers.
• Demonstrate knowledge of body shop maintenance operations.
• Complete estimates in Adjustrite and download into Summit.
• Communicate with internal and external customers.
• Assist with other projects as assigned by supervisor.
