The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Apprentice Technician. This is a training position at our Wayzata Collision Center to become an Automotive Technician.

Associates must safely operate shop equipment and demonstrate the ability to learn and repeat basic mechanical repairs with hands-on training from a Journeyman Technician. Affiliated with over 25 brands and 50+ dealerships across seven states, the group employs 3,500+ people nationwide and offers significant growth

Competenze

• Entry-level to mid-level technicians encouraged to apply.
• 0–3 years of collision repair experience or hands-on training.
• Valid Driver's License (required)
• I-CAR and/or ASE certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy

Located at our Wayzata Collision Center, theApprentice Technician role is a training position to become an Automotive Technician. Associates must be able to safely operate shop equipment and demonstrate the ability to learn and repeat basic mechanical repairs. Individuals selected for this position receive hands on training by a Journeyman Technician.
