Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. in Milwaukee is seeking a Body Shop Estimator to write collision repair estimates on-site at 6633 South 13th Street.

You will handle estimates using Adjustrite and Summit, while delivering excellent customer service and clear communication with clients and shop personnel. A minimum of 3 years of estimating experience, an estimator certification, and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Required: 3+ years body shop estimating experience.
• Estimator certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Vocational/technical training preferred.
• Basic computer skills with Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Strong written and oral communication, problem solving, and decision making.
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential.
• Willingness to travel and complete background checks, drug screen.

Position Summary

As a Penske Body Shop Estimator you are responsible for writing collision repair estimates.

Work Location: 6633 South 13th Street, Milwaukee, WI 53221

Major Responsibilities

• Superior customer relation skills
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Working knowledge of body shop maintenance operations.
• Completing repair estimates in Adjustrite system-downloading into Summit.
• Communicate with both internal and external customers.
• Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of body shop estimating experience required
• Estimator Certification required
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Vocational/technical school preferred
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook required
• Strong written/oral communication, problem solving, and decision making skills are required
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
• Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.

This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required.
