Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Production Manager to lead daily production operations, ensuring high-quality collision repairs and timely delivery. You will guide the workflow, manage the production schedule, and monitor KPIs to meet customer expectations.

The role requires a hands-on leader who can drive efficiency, maintain quality, and communicate effectively with team members and customers in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years experience in collision repair or similar role.
• I-Car knowledge or certification progress toward Gold Class.

• Plan daily production schedule to maximize efficiency and maintain cycle time goals.
• Run production meetings to communicate priorities to staff.
• Perform in-process quality control checks to ensure standards are met.
• Identify and address any quality issues or production delays promptly.
• Perform final quality inspection prior to delivery of vehicle to customer.
