Qualifications

• Experience as auto body refinishing prepper preferred.
• Knowledge of primers, sealers, basecoats and clear coats.
• Ability to prep vehicles to insurance standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for refinishing ensuring surface cleanliness and proper masking.
• Mask, sands, priming, and apply basecoats and clear coats as required.
• Evaluate bodywork to ensure a high-quality paint job that meets standards.
• Follow insurance guidelines and facility procedures during refinishing.
• Maintain a professional work environment and safety practices.
