Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Porter to support vehicle cleaning and prep duties. You will ensure both interior and exterior cleanliness of customer vehicles before and after repairs, and assist with production area upkeep.

You will follow the WOW plan and help keep the office and grounds organized, including parking lots and sidewalks. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required, and automotive experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Multitasking ability is required to manage vehicle cleanings and prep tasks.
• Automotive experience is a plus for understanding vehicle handling.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the office interior and production area.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat fashion.
• Pre-washes customer vehicles prior to repairs; clean both interior and exterior after repairs.
• Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations as needed.
