Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking team players to uphold our WOW standards and support a fast-paced collision and glass service environment.

You will assist with vehicle prep, cleaning, and transportation between locations while maintaining safety and attention to detail. A high school diploma, valid license, and reliability are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
• Background in automotive repair is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan to standard.
• Maintain interior office cleanliness and organized spaces.
• Clean and organize production areas; manage waste and tools.
• Keep parking lots and surrounding areas neat and safe.
• Pre-wash customer vehicles before repairs; clean interiors after service.
• Transport customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs.

Job Description:

Key Job Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the office, including daily emptying of garbage cans, cleaning the floors, and dusting the countertops and work area.
• Maintain the daily housekeeping of the interior of the production area, emptying of waste cans, sweeping the floors, disposing of unwanted vehicle parts, and placing tools and equipment in their proper location.
• Maintain parking lots and grounds in a neat and orderly fashion, including shoveling sidewalks when necessary
• Pre-washes customer vehicles prior to repairs beginning.
• Exterior and interior cleanup of customer vehicles after repairs are complete
• Transport of customer vehicles to sublet locations for repairs

Education and/or Experience Required

• High School diploma / GED preferred
• Ability to multitask
• Automotive experience preferred
• Clear close vision required
• 18 years or age or older
• Valid Driver's license
• Strong attention to detail
