Universal Technical Institute in Long Beach is seeking a Collision Repair Instructor to train students in autobody paint and collision repair. You will deliver hands-on demonstrations and mentor students toward practical, real-world competencies in diagnosing and repairing wind turbine systems while advancing safety and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: 3-5 years of practical work in the field.
• Certifications: ASEs (B2) / I-CAR; painting and refinishing experience valued; employer-paid upgrade if not current.
• Communication skills: Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Patience and empathy: A patient, empathetic approach to teaching.

Position Overview:As a Collision Repair Instructor, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the minds and skills of our students. Your expertise in autobody paint and collision repair will be the guiding light that leads them to a promising career in many different industries.
